What's the best way for me to get my money back, seeing as how I've held of my end of selling over 50 times and been scammed about 15 or so times thanks to paypal's horrid customer support how do I make sure I get my money back, (was only about 25$ but I can't stand being ripped off)

I don't know how you get scammed 15 times lol, only sell to people with 35+ vouches on paypal or go through PA who transfer direct to your paypal.

I don't know anything about winning disputes, most the time I hear it's hard to win it.

You won't win the dispute. Trade more cautiously next time.

Bullshit, I've been chargebacked over 500$ total and lost every single dispute as the seller there has to be an easy way to win the dispute or it wouldn't have happened to me as the seller so many times.

Paypal supports the buyers and not the sellers.
Just dispute it and if you don't win ring Paypal up.

Thanks much man, It's nice to finally be on this end of the gun after being screwed so many times =/.

The reason I get scammed so much is because I don't RWT a lot and when I do it's in spurts so I dont have a lot of contacts

Nobody starts out with a ton of contacts man :p
If you have in fact traded 50 times, you should have more than enough contacts though.

Don't jump into deals with people you don't know and people who have hardly any trust.

Most of my RWTs were from 2011 (RSGP) and 2012 (D3 gold) Not many people were anchors of the sythe community and I haven't seen on skype in 6+ months minimum :p

Dude Paypal is a scam. If you didn't take video or pictures of the trade then you're screwed.

Not only do PayPal offer buyer protection, they also don't offer sellers protection for virtual goods sales. That's where it really sucks. Only sell gold through PayPal via playerauctions. I only trust users with more vouches than me with direct PP, and that's a small list.

If the payment was credit card funded through PP, just call up your credit card company and ask them to charge back.

Paypal buyer protection does not cover intangible goods (digital)

I've been charged back for 700$ once as a seller, and I won the dispute. I simply told PP it was a sale of virtual goods and they just closed the case in my favour. That was over a year ago though.

Just send a dispute and say that you never received the item DO NOT SAY IT WAS VIRTUAL GOODS you will instantly lose regardless of what proof you may have as they don't cover virtual goods. If you do this you will win paypal always respects the buyers above sellers.

over 70-80% of sythe users are scammers 35 vouches is nothing especially when they have friends who will vouch them at whatever amount they want because there will be no proof there was no trade and no way to tell that they are in fact exchanging vouches.
also its very easy to make multiple accounts here on sythe as sythe has pretty much no protection against multiple accounts all they need to do is

    Use a good proxy
    change their ip
    use a different computer
ask\pay someone online to create an account
    use a vpn\vps.

and there are probably more that I can't think of at the moment. sythe really needs to stop being stingy with the donations he gets and upgrade the protection system to help keep the people that help feed him safe from scammers.

I would say do not trust anyone with less than 75-100 vouches or unless they have done deals with known trusted\respected members that had went first. and remember not to do too big of trades anyone will scam if the price is right especially on the internet where they don't even know you.
