Just got back into EoC.. Help please

So I haven't played in about a year and I am completely lost. I have 140m to spend, and I need armour and weapons, here are my combat stats.

Attack: 81
Defence: 81
Strength: 93
Range: 90
Prayer: 95
Magic: 99

Let me know what I should get! I will be doing mostly castle wars and PvM!

 

bandos,subjagton,armadyl
maybe drygores and chaotic crossbow/staff

 

get full bandos just cause melee is easy and you can learn how to use abilties and such

 

With 140M, you're looking at 3 decent sets of armour, one for each side of the combat triangle.


Armour

Melee : I'd personally use bandos with that budget, as you can't quite afford torva, but that's degradable armour anyways.

Range : You can afford pernix if you only want to use ranged, but I wouldn't recommend it. I'd personally either get a set of karils or armadyl, as they both provide really good stats.

Mage : You can also afford virtus (if you don't want the wand & book), however I wouldn't buy that. I'd go and buy ganodermic, as it's actually really good, cheap to repair and makes a massive difference compared to mystic/ahrims.


Weapons

Melee: Yet again, this highly depends on what you want to have left over. I'd choose to use choatics if you enjoy dungeoneering, but if you want a really expensive good quality weapon, get drygores at around 40m. They are the best weapons and with the offhand variety being around 20m also you've got the best weapon setup by far. However, they are expensive and degradable, but you can get them as drops from the kalphite king.

Range : A zartye bow is a good choice, but so is crossbows if you prefer them. You've got dual chaotic crossbows to choose from, or the royal crossbow if you think you can cope with the queen black dragon. Dragon crossbows are also a cheaper alternative.

Mage : Armadyl staffs, polypore staffs, staff of light and virtus wands are all a good weapon, and the polypore is really effective against dragons. It's most people's mage weapon of choice.

 

Bandos or barrows...

 

Full bandos, fury, steadfast, barrow gloves e.t.c

 

Thanks for the input guys, at the moment I have full bandos a sara sword and a ags. I am trying to adjust to the combat because how different it is! I like the look of the grygore stuff and will get my attack up to 90 for it

 

You are probably going to be very confused about the ablities as I was. There is one particular one after you build up a full adrenaline bar that is very useful. It's called momentum and it increases your hit power and accuracy for a certain period of time.
