Long story short, I have a friend who moved, so his IP has been changed. he is locked out of his account and doesn't remember the answers to the questions he set. is there a way he can have them removed? (he doesnt have an account, so im posting for him)

You cannot get them removed without putting the recoveries in,
Sorry, your buddy is out of luck.

he can't get his account unlocked with the help of a mod or anything? I'm sure he remembers tons of old passwords, and things like that.

If the account is locked, when you go to login it should bring you to an Account Recovery process and will ask you for old passwords, membership info, etc.

If you can't remember a lot of stuff, you can still get it back. You need to explain your reasoning to '[email protected]' and you can get the recoveries removed by making a flawless report from the original ip but ticking the 'i didnt set any recoveries' box.

Email them explaining the situation, and provide ALL the recovery info he can find, previous Ip previous names previous bank pins/passes old billing info and a couple of the jag answers, dat of creation etc.. If he's the original owner he should easily be able to get it back, also email them from the registered email :) next time don't forget answers

JAG is like a death grip on your account, I fail to see how people set questions on their account and decide to make them something they can't answer.

You can try some of the customer support threads on the RSOF

    This.
Add all information from the account.
Membership Payments, Login name, Screen Names, Old/New recoveries, Old/current passwords, Creation details (IP, ISP, Date), Old IP.
That should get the account back.
