Slayer bell / Running around in staking!

What does the slayer bell and people running then backing up then running to the forfeit exit do in staking in 2007 rs

 

Slayer bell is a stall, so people can't see you running. People use the forfeit exit to get a free hit if they had pid but were unable to get first hit.

 

Slayerbell is used to try to get first hit. Forfeit is used to get and extra hit.

 

If you operate the slayer bell you can move and the other person can't see it, therefore you can get the first hit, and people run to the forfeit exit and back to get an extra hit if they didn't manage to get the first.
