Requirements to get a fire cape?

Hey guys, I'm 61 Range, 37 HP 1 def and 99 Prayer. Would I, assuming I can spend a lot of money on supplies and gear, manage to get a Fire Cape? I'm not very experienced, but is it possible? If so, will I have to let someone more experienced do it for me or is not even that hard? If it is, what HP level do you suggest I get?

This is in the EOC section - it is about an EOC firecape!

 

I believe it's possible with 60 range and 43 def, but I think most firecapers prefer 70 range. You could do it, but with your low hp it might be a bit harder.

 

Suppose you mean Prayer? But ok, thanks. Still looking for some more opinions.

 

Oh and I just found out I need Magic now instead of Range?

 

You don't need magic most people do it with ranged if you've gotten 60+ as I_D_B said magic is not needed only ranged try get 60+

 

Guys don't be misguided, this is about an EOC firecape!

 

60 range, 43 prayer is pretty much the bear minimum at which it can be achieved by the average middle-high skilled player. Anything less is pretty extreme and usually only achieved by goal chasers who fail and spend numerous resources and attempts to achieve and impressively low fire cape.
