Can you still get perm banned?

I think I remember back in 2008 when they pardoned all previous offenses that they said something about not being able to be perm banned anymore. I did some digging, and couldn't find anything. So is it still possible?

They can perm ban you with or without any reason, but I believe the majority of the time you get a temp and a roll back for first offence, I believe since botany bay you get three chances after which its a perm roll back and ban

 

Yes. With botting you have 2 temporary bans and then you're perm banned the 3rd time, unless your an obvious gold-farmer then they'll probably perm right away.
