How long does it take to get a answer

from the contact support (IF i contact them via Mail),
i'm wondering because on my friends it take barely 24hours and now i see it took me already 4days no answer yet and i am still waiting (Yes it's the correct email adress.).

 

In the past I would get a response within a couple of hours. For the last month or two however it has been almost impossible for me to get a reply from them. I wonder is Jagex told their employees to only answer legitimate questions from parents or something.

 

i usually from past experience get it within 1 day otherwise you're unlikely to get it.

 

Yeah that's my personal experience from the past aswell,but lately i've been waiting to long....
Maybe i have to spamm them.... every hour one...or so :noworry:

 

I find if you look for a mod in the particular area you're enquiring about, for example - billing support, and add them in to the e-mail title:

e.g. "FAO: Mod Frost (Account Recovery)"

That it tends to receive a decent response. I assume they're just hectic with the return if 07 and all. Don't spam them too much, either.

i would say max 48 hours not more. They got lots of things to do

Can take between 1 day-3months. It is completely random from my personal experiences.

I wouldn't get your hopes up for a fast reply, still haven't got a reply for just udner a month from them.

 

It really depends on the subject matter of your email, in my personal experience. Replies sometimes just don't occur.

I have had luck in the past, though, finding a moderator or two in the specific area I am trying to contact and joining their clan-chat channel to wait until they come online. Although this "stake-out" style takes longer, it has a fairly high success rate.
