Update:

The image i posted was tweeted at 11am GMT, i just rechecked their Twitter and they have deleted the two tweets i posted...

this rather means:

1.) Delays, they've changed their mind when its going to be live

2.) Theres a competition going on the RS forums to guess when 07 is going live with a prize, maybe they deleted these tweets as its aiding people to accurately guess.

 

They made a tweet an hour ago that said "about 3-5 hours from now". I think it is still set for an early release.
