    Does anyone know what the name situation will be like? Can I use my old names from before 2006?

    Will bots be working?

    You login using your current RS account.

    So you can't like steal the name Zezima, Elvemage, etc.

    Basically whatever accounts you have now, will carry over to the old server if you wish to play on it.

    No idea on bots atm.

    Names are whatever you currently have. Your display name is connected to your login name.

    The only bots that will be running nearly instantly are color bots.

    Colour bots will be working immediately. Some scripters are already writing scripts on private servers that are near enough to what runescape was like in 2007. So yes colour bots will be working, but other types of bot will not or will need to adapt.

    Colour bots will obv be first up, but like someone above me said, people may be scripting bots on rsps.
