Melee XP methods

Hey haven't played in a while, and I'm looking to get 99 defence. What's the fastest way now with the whole new EOC update?

 

I get around 170k exp an hr at fire giants. That's the highest I know, good luck!

Rock barrage on dagannoths = 450k defence xp per hour

 

I think Armored Zombies still work, they were the shit before EoC. You need to have done Defender of Varrock though..

 

Glacors 300k xp/hr

 

You can go to dagannoths and also afk there. It is pretty nice xp.

 

Dagannoths are supposed to be the best, with xp rates reported at over 300k/hr, but I personally chose Vyrewatch's

 

Jadinko males and guards are over 200k xp/h and ok loot also dust devils with berserk and c maul can be over 250k xp/h.

 

Tell me your secrets! In a couple of days i'll be 99 mage but i'm only 60 def, possible for me to get that much xp/h? If so can you tell me how/possibly make a free guide?

Glacor cave, requires ritual of the mahjarrat quest. Altho ive heard they are now x10 harder after ydays combat update.
