Feltching/Fishing

Hi guys, i'm looking at getting 99 fletch after i get 99 fm. I'm just wondering what's the best way to get it without losing alot of money? After that i'll be looking at getting 99 fishing also, What's the best xp in fishing and methods of doing it?

Fletching is a bit temperamental with gaining and loosing money, but even in the worst of times you probably wouldn't loose that much (depending on method) if you haven't got a lot of cash, I would just make yew bows and sell them .. it may cost you a few mil, depending on g.e prices.

As for fishing, I am not really an expert I think the highest fishing level I ever got was about 90 and I did use a bot on trout/salmon powerfishing at shilo. Depends if you want more cash or more exp, that will result on where and what you fish.

Not looked into fishing since my return to runescape but it used to be fly fishing at barbarian village all the way to 99. Don't know if its still viable but something you can look into.

Yew shieldbows (long bow) should turn a profit of a hundred or two gp each, could alch them for 99 mage after or along side fletch.

Fishing is pretty profitable, once you get to 93 you can do rocktails and make some decent cash from that, you can fund 99 fletch from the profit from 99 fish.

 

Maple Shieldbows are also usually good profit, either Maple or Yew will make the best profit, just test prices before you begin fletching, as they vary. Also, stringing Yew Shieldbows are sometimes very good profit as well, again depending on the prices.

For 99 Fletching, I made yew longbows then alched them using an autoclicker at Soul Wars bank. It was a slight loss, but nothing substantial. For 99 Fishing, I fly fished at Shilo until I could fish at the Living Rock caverns then did that until maxed. Rocktails were very profitable when I did it.

I have not played in almost a year and a half, though.

 

Do you know if botting fishing is risky? Cheers.

 

It was very safe because there were more than 200 people standing in the same place. Characters were impossible to identify as bots when I did it.

Like I said, I'm no longer playing the game so I don't know how much the bot situation has changed.

 

There's more bots than ever now haha! i'd say 60% of RS players are bots now days.

 

You can't bot rocktails anymore, mass bans at lrc.

Fletching you can make money off of you just have to look at prices of logs/(u) bows

As for firemaking maple logs is super cheep and then if you can get a master horn from barb assault and fill it to 100% then use it up and repeat will save you some money and faster exp per hour.

Maples longs (u) is probably best with no money loss at all but money gain.

Fishing probably the best would be Barb fly fishing. And from your other thread i see you will be botting it so use HRFisher from powerbot.
