JAG (Jagex Account Guardian)

Hey Folks Happy new year to some of you that are already celebrating it! (UK)
I have a interesting question to make. I have enabled JAG on my account long time ago and it happens that I'm moving out of country on January and I don't recall the JAG questions.
Now Everytime I go and try to disable them by trying to remember what I have put it gets me blocked for 24hs every time.
I need a way to contact Jagex inmediately since I plan to buy more membership for my account and keep playing and heck I don't wanna pay and then get to my new house there and be not able to play.

So my question is there way to get a faster response from Jagex?
