Having been out of Runescape for nearly 2 years, I'm wondering whats the best ways of training these two skills?

Not overly fussed on cost, but would like to keep it cheapish.

    Cheers.

I got 99 herbalore making normal attack potions.
450k normal attack potions to be exact. Which made me 20m instead of losing 200m.

Smithing however will cost me around 50m smithing gold bars with gold gauntlets equiped, I don't see a cheaper way to get this. Currently 96lvl.
