Jagex can die

Lol so I requested to lock my account because I couldn't remember the email attached and now I've tried to recover the account twice, and can't. I'm providing everything they ask for, even current credit card information. NOPE. I'm a paying costumer and they shoot me down. Fucking whores. Thats 8+ years of gameplay gone to waste. Where is their logic?

I hadn't changed my email since June and I need the email to change the password.

 

Jagex has probably the shittiest customer service. I would rather talk to a guy from India that can speak 3 Engrish words clearly than have to deal with their customer service.

 

So you locked your own account, then tried to unlock it? With such a short time between the lock request and the unlock, they will assume you're a hacker.

 

I was unable to retrieve an account that I lost like maybe somewhere during 2006. I never even knew it was gone until I tried to login recently. Provided all previous info, creation IP/details etc, to no avail. Meh, doesn't bother me much, just curious as to why someone would hack a lvl 46 f2p pure (level it was in 2006).
