- If I buy an account, can it be recovered from it's original owner?

- Also, where can I download/play the game, what website?

Accounts can always be recovered by the original owner, there are steps you can take to lessen the risk of that tho.

 

Wrong area, deserves in the private server etc bit. However, I believe they will always give it the original i.p.
