[Help] Account Recovery

My account recently got hacked, through account recovery, so I wasn't keylogged.

I've had 3 attempts at recovering it, but it never worked, runescape just denied it saying they didn't recieve enough info.
It's nearlly maxed, and it's worth is around $700.


I need help on recoverying it.

Can anybody please help me out?

 

Are you the original owner? Do you know the original IP or ISP used to create the account?

Membership info?

If you know that type of info you are bound to recover it.

 

Unlikely that's coming back seller probably lied to you.
I wouldn't be able to get my own account back as I don't remember anything for it.

 

What was your attempts denied for? If i was creation details then I've had this problem alot lately. Was told that in the box at the bottom, put ALL the passwords that you know for the account. As apprently it helps alot. Im sure that just fail the majority on creation details even when the creation details are correct. Are you the original owner? if not and you know where the original owner is from, you could try using a proxy from where he is based.

 

A proxy is a possibility but Fagex must be able to trace back + he can't use it forever then when he logs back onto a normal place itll look much fishier.

 

It's not originally my account, that's the thing.
I know where he's from and such, and I provided all the info I could, but I can't provide the first transaction for membership and first 3 passwords.
