    Buying an account - What to make sure he cant recover?
    Okay so I am buying an account. What should I change on the account and all so the owner cant recover it?

    Theres always a chance that they will recover no matter what

    I believe you can recover with previous credit cards, account creation date or creation IP or many more things.

    An original owner can ALWAYS recover their account. The only way to avoid that happening is to buy the account from a very trusted seller.
