    I think Jagex have said in the past they don't mind auto talkers, as long as you don't spam flood the screen or use it to advertise websites etc

    I haven't been banned for it. Only people I know that get banned for it advertise websites at the ge.

    Yes. People have been muted (but not banned) for autotalking using:
    -Very fast intervals
    -A phrase that breaks another rule

    If you're looking to not get muted, make sure you're advertising legal in-game services, trades, etc. Anything else you know the risk.
