40- 80 attack. Have 80 dung.

Okay so basically just need to know fastest way to 80 attack from 40.

I'm 1 pray and 1 defence.

80 strength and 1 defense.

 

I'd suggest leveling it in Pest Control, save your PC points until you reach the higher levels. You'll get more XP per point, so waiting is very benificial. Usually I'd advice methods with constant hitting XP, such as bandits, but I wouldn't recommend those on a pure.

Use a Brine Sabre until you can wield dragon weapons, and use a whip when you hit level 70 attack.

Soul Wars for sure.

 

If you were to bot, I'd suggest Pest Control. Botting Soul Wars doesn't get you in in every game, which causes you to miss out on alot of XP.

If you are planning on getting it legitamite, Soul Wars would be an even faster way to get your level up. If you happen to have the slayer requirements for attacking the monsters, you can get loads of XP. Dw if not, as you can still attack other players.
