Was watching bonesaw's quitting vid, then if you click on the 10.24 mark, you see the range pure in bottom right hand corner, it looks like he has a fire cape type of clan cape, ahah if you get me! Its like a clan cape but its moving 0.0

 

There was a guy who had a firecape under him and was glitching.
