Jagex Fucking Fails So Hard At Balance.

Just lost to a VERY similar statted pure staking no armor/spec His Dbaxe Vs MY motherfucking Rapier. How in the fuck does that make any god damn sense. It really wasn't even that close he was still like 20%.

Yeah i'm just raging for no good reason really, I get it's just unlucky but if this game was balanced in any sense superior stats and a rapier wouldn't get raped by a fucking dragon battle axe.

 

I rage all the time staking even though I win majority of the time.

I've lost a boxing match to someone 79/79/79 when I'm 84/81/99. Just try to rematch them afterwards.

I know when they don't want to rematch me because they know they got lucky it makes me go crazy.

Yep I think i died from a abyssal whip spec on a high risk world on a pure to a noob once.

 

I think the game is based on probabllity, just like when obtaining rewards, there is a certain probability, I.E. 1/20 for barrows.... And if you have higher stats, the higher the probability that you will win, but there is always that small probability in the program that it will designate the lower stat player as the winner. If stat difference is large, then there will be zero to no probability of lower stat winning.

I'm a maxed pure, and I get downed by kids who are 5-10 combat lower, because they always max their specs, as I hit 60-67s...

 

i did low range staking once with a pure, had max range bonus possible with d bow rune knifes p++, i was 61 range he was 50 range... i hit a 0-2 d bow spec... he hit a max msb spec and then hit a max diamond bolt spec the next hit... lost 100m

 

All the hits in this game are thrown into a generator based on stats, and spits out a random number. Its a bitch though, I've never staked because of my terrible luck.

 

Yeah it's all random this thread is fairly pointless I just wanted to bitch really, like this kid hit 2 250+ on me with his fucking battle axe and I'm hitting him almost two times for his one hit and the highest I hit was like a 139 lol

 

That sucks man. I agree though that jagex needs to do something about it. Like there shouldn't be so much luck involved if one player clearly has an advantage (like a rapier vs dbax or higher stats etc).

Liars aren't cool. Dbow hits a 8-8 lowest on every spec...

 

Considering this is RS, there's nothing much you can blame it on except bad luck.

 

If everything was balanced Runescape would be no fun. It's all luck when it comes to hits.
