Account Recovery

My account has been hacked but when i try to recover the account it asks me for a recovery email? and i have not even set up one with the account... when i try to put in my email adress it says "The email address supplied is not a valid recovery email". It doesnt even give me any other options just that. Why is this happening? Picture BELOW

The account got hacked and has had an e-mail address added, nothing you can do bro x

 

Use up all the attempts, and then it should pull you through to the recovery page.

 

Just type a random email and after two times, it takes you to the recovery page.

 

i did and it just says i have to attempted to much and have to try again in about an hour

 

Is the account an email login?

 

no its an old account its by username. My account was stolen before too but i recovered it by using information. But now it doesnt even show me that screen it just shows me recovery email screen and no other options.

 

Not sure how to handle this, last time i got hacked i could just skip the email and enter my appeal. Could you show me a picture of what's happening?
