Successful purchase with usfine, questions about Jagex

Well, the title says it,

The question is: I tracerouted the I.P. usfine used to access my account and a few DNSs come up, all the way down to one keyword, china.

Does Jagex traceroute suspicious I.P.s? The first hops were with keywords from cities within U.S.A, the word "china" showed up on the 7th hop as a DNS for the traceroute of the I.P., not the first or second. Let me know what you all think, perhaps some of you know more than I do in this case as it is my only Runescape account and it is my first purchase.

I'm sure they look into suspicious Ips especially god farming networks.

 

If I were you, id take out all the valuables quickly.

 

that might be a safe move. I have a bank account that I deposit all of my "dirty" gp on.

 

Also give a noob some gp (500k-1m).. i personally believe it confuses jagex because ips wont match at all if they are looking into your account.

 

I read on here that some people use a middle man account to do these transactions, I think that's a safe bet and I may do it in future dates, but this is my first transaction; so I'm not going to worry about it this time.

The thing with having multiple accounts is that they lead to the same I.P. and ISP, so either way they'll know all your accounts and see how they are used together and then, if they really wanted to, ban hammer. (The only real true way around this is using a VPN connection and even then you have to make sure they're secure, not all of them really are)

Although, I don't know Jagex's inside corporate RWT policies and how their team's operate but I can only speculate that they wait to gain as much information on the suspicious trades and log all interactions if they originate in a certain I.P. range or geographical area, if they suspect the accounts being used are for RWT, they probably wait to link them up and then they start banning them.

As far as the Chinese go, they are probably on top of the way Jagex is accustomed to operating against them and such constantly evolve their ways.

It would be remarkable if we were to come up with certain situations and go-through with them in order to do some creative reverse engineering against their ways of figuring out who's RWT and who's providing/from where.

That would be a big project I may take up if my account ends up being banned, since I won't have a reason to play anymore, it'll be sweet to at least contribute some time, statistics in a professional way, I didn't go to college for nothing.
