Guide to chinning with 30 def!

Alright, Sythe. I'm making this guide for you 30 def pures out there.. I don't think I've ever seen a guide for 30 def, but it's not much different from 1/45 other than gear and inventory.. I'll be trying my best to make this guide as detailed as possible.

~Minimal Requirements For This Guide~
43 Prayer.
80 Ranged.
30 Defense.
Monkey Madness Started to the point of access to the island.
Money for gear & chins (obviously).

~Step 1 : Getting Geared up~

Possible Armour To Wear :
Helmet : Any God Mitre / Robin hood Hat / Proselyte Helmet
Amulet : Amulet of Fury *Recommended if you can afford it* / Any God Stole / Amulet of Ranging / Amulet of Glory
Cape : Trimmed Skillcape / God Cloak / Firecape / Ava's Attractor/accumulator
Shield Slot : Filled Zamorak Book *recommended* / Filled Saradomin Book / Filled Guthix Book / Nothing
Torso : Snakeskin Body / Monk's Robes Top
Legs : Black D'hide Chaps / Monk's Robes Bottom
Boots : Ranging Boots *Recommended if you can afford them* / Climbing Boots / Boots of Lightness
Gloves : Rune Gloves *Recommended if you have them* / Combat Bracelet / Black D'hide Vambs
Ring : Ring Of Life *extremely recommended*/ Archer's Ring / Ring of Duelling

What My Equipment & Inventory Looks Like :


If you can't tell, that's :
5 Home Teleports (You can switch these with any other one-click teleports, i chose house because I have an altar and teleport room.)
1 Monkey GreeGree ( Doesn't matter which one.)
3 Ranged Potions (4)
2 Super Anti-Poisons (4)
3 Sharks (Rocktails Recommended)
18 Pray Potions (4)

That is my recommended inventory, as I can get 350k exp + using that setup.

~Step 2 : Getting To The Spot~

First of all, I suggest starting at The Grand Exchange. From there on, take the spirit tree in the north-east corner of The Grand Exchange to the Tree Gnome Village. From there, take the tree to the Grand Tree. Now make your way to north to the tree, go up the stairs, and go to the bar east from there and right click Daero and click travel.

Now, right click waydar and click travel. Now you'll be at Crash Island, right click the other gnome and click travel. Now you're at Ape Atoll. Equip you GreeGree as soon as you get there so the spiders cannot poison you. Now, run north to the dungeon sign (exclamation point) and go down the ladder. Follow the map below to get to the spot *credit to SalsRelm* :


Once here, you round up all the monkies around you, and just sit here. You can watch tv, listen to music, whatever you need to do to keep you training. Just make sure you check your prayer every once in a while, ESPECIALLY if you have lower than 70 prayer.

Can you do this without any def? You just need the prayer level.

 

Yeah, I realized that after posting.. sorry. Yes you can do it without defense.
