Need Help Recovering a Stolen Account

As of lately, I have been renting my Maxed account out on these forums as a way to make some extra money. Recently, I rented my account out to somebody and they changed my password.

I do not know if the recovery email was changed, but I have tried recovering it MANY times with NO response from Jagex. And just to note, I've had no response through my email from Jagex stating anything about the account.

I even see that there is something called "Track your recovery request". I HAVE NEVER BEEN GIVEN A TRACKING ID. They have ALWAYS asked for my email adress and have said that they would contact me through there. What are the steps to obtaining a 'Tracking Id Number'? Because seriously, I have tried everything.

I have had this account for well over 5 years, and know every password ever put on it, down to the first transaction ID number when I turned the account members.

    Somebody please help me out.

When it asks for your email, Just submit it blank twice. You'll then be taken to the actual recovery form, enter your details and if you know them like you say it should be accepted in no time.

When it originally asks for you're email, I left that part blank. At the end of the request, it asks for it again.

Well, someone just got a free maxed staker, eh?

jk. You don't need to put in the registered email of the account. Clicking accept twice will get you to the page where you input details. If you actually read what the form says, the second email, the one you left a picture of up above, is a way for them to contact you. It doesn't have to be the email registered to the account.

They send the result directly to your email. No number required.

Need Help Recovering a Stolen Account

Even though someone else has possesion over the registered e-mail of your account, you have more power than the person who hacked you. Why? You're IP has been logged on account frequently, you have information to the account, and so forth.

In the bottom of the appeal, before you submit it, it asks you to type in tracking e-mail or some sort of e-mail. In that blank, you are suppose to write in an e-mail of your own, and jagex will send the results to that e-mail which you had put in the appeal. If it was successful, open up the mail, click the link and it will redirect you to the page where you must write in the new password. Ta-da! You have received your account back, and your e-mail that you put in your appeal will be your new registered e-mail. This is how the new recovery system works. NO TRACKING IDS ANYMORE.

If you need any other help, add [email protected]. I will seriously guide you through. I am very experienced with runescape accounts, being one of sythe's often runescape account buyer and seller, I have done many recovery appeals.

That needs to be filled, that is the email they will email you on, if denied or accepted.

The tracking ID is also sent in that email.

I had explained it in words, but you had simply shown a sreenshot (very helpful).
    Thanks :)

Casey, that is the place where you type in the e-mail of your choice, to receive the results from jagex. If denied or successful, it will come to that e-mail. And do not forget, the process takes 10-45 minutes, generally. Do not give up, and goodluck getting your account back.

The slowest time I've had for a reply on a recovery, has been 15minutes, sometimes instant.
It just depends on the quality of the information submitted.
