    what to high alch
    Alright im looking to high alch but not to sure what, most the crap takes atleast an hour for just 100 of one item, is there any thing i can high alch and not lose to much?

    Atm there is very little loss with rune arrows, I don't know the exact value atm but it might be worth checking them out :p

    I'm doing maple longs (u), although i fletched all of mine so i'm currently breaking even

    Rune arrows. Its around a 20gp loss right now but at one time i had a 2gp loss per alch.

    Rune arrows are pretty good atm, like others said. I used to alch gold bracelets, I don't know how good they are now...
