Doubling money

I see people doubling money all the time. I don't get how these people are not getting banned.

What are the penalties of this? and why are people getting away with it?

I also don't get how these people make money since some of them actually double cash?

 

jagex cann't ban them unless proved they are scamming..
and some of the noobs scam 5k.

 

I once traded one of these kids 1m just to see them flip out. Then they logged lol.

Ive done it a few times just for the lulz to see people flip shit when I actually do it. Then I get swamped with people trading me, and I could prob just trade and take everyones GP and make more than I had doubled initially lol.

yea i dont get it, its like the "making your char members for free" crap, which they did ban for (for a while) its pretty dumb, but then again jagex is pretty dumb

Its too hard to stop them. Most of them are in f2p, so they can just make a new account if/when they are actually banned.

 

Some just xfer cash piles off main account to show the person they're trading they've got the amount of cash they're trying to double.

I'd say 85/100% of them are fake.

It's just retarded kids that scam. I honestly love fucking these nerds over. I have a pretty massive Cash stack on Runescape around 1783M. I go on a F2P world and tell these kids if they are legit and are really able to Double my cash. They say yes, and i ask them for a test. I give them 200K and they turn it into 400K, that makes them so angry. I got some kid following me for around 10 minutes spamming Scammer!

 

yeah i've tried that, there are more kids that just take that small amount, than those who double looking for the big pot. give me some tips to get these kids ha

 

yeah claiming that you can double someone's money is not against the rules... you might actually just do that, there is no proof that you're actually scamming people

ha yeah that's how they start, some noob puts up 10K and then the scammer doubles it. The noob then thinks it's legit so next time he puts up 100K and at that point scammer just logs out or ignores you while making a 90K profit

 

Then how come I see so many people saying "Can anyone double my 2m plox??"
