Account Recovery Help [Will Pay RSGP If It Works]

Well, basically, I bought an account from a guy who lives near where I live. This account has ALL 99s except for 93 Dung, and was the fastest account trained legit to all 99s in less than a year. Well, after a good 4 or 5 months, me and this guy have stayed close and stayed in contact (we play xbl like everyday), so he's no scammer or anything. He quit the game altogether, and he actually works with my younger bro.

Well, recently, the account has been recovered, and I have been unable to get it back. An ex best-friend of the guy who sold it to me had some info of the account that I didn't have, b/c he was with him at the date of creation. Also he used to play on it years ago.
I have pretty much all info for this account:
-Recovs I set, not the current ones I guess
-2 Old PW's + 2 more recent ones
-CC info for membership and dates
-ISP + Date created
-Email addy that was created

I've sent in like 30 appeals now, all denied. They keep telling me I need orig password(s) (which even the owner can't remember), which I don't have. All I'm missing is that and postal code where it was made (which i'm not even sure you need anymore with recov system). I don't think the hacker even plays it, he just took like 3.2B and dropped some shit.

I would think that would be enough info, but I guess it's not. Well, the dude that prolly hacked it is currently no longer friends with the original owner, and must have known the first password.

This is where I need some help. If I don't find a way to get this account back, i'm out some serious money, and that's not very chill with me. If someone has experience with account recovery, or can think of an idea on how to get it back with all the info I have, I will pay them a very reasonable amount of RSGP for their efforts.

EDIT: When I get ahold of orig owner, I'm going to see if he'll try to recover it once more. Last time he's recovered was like Feb for recovs, but I think they changed the recovery system?

 

How can you be missing so much info? You don't even know your friends email or post code?

Just get the original owner to send in an appeal, all he needs are some of the old passwords and his IP will do the rest

 

I have the email, I don't have the postal code for creation. He has just as much info as I have. Same passwords, although he can't remember the first pass. The IP might help if he tries to recover it once more though.

 

i was in the same situation as you and it also told me original password.i think if you dont have the very first pass on that account your done for man:/

 

How does a person not know their postal code, are you serious?

 

I may have rephrased that wrong. He made the account when he was rather young and moved houses, so it's understandable that the dude does not exactly recall it. Could I find it out? Yeah. Will it increase my changes a lot for recovering it? Probably not.

Edit: Appealing again. I have the owner's IP, so i'm just going to try and say that I moved, etc.

 

get him to try and recover it from the place he formerly lived at. hopefully his parents are still there with the same internet provider, otherwise you might be fucked.

 

Yeah, I don't know if that's exactly possible right now. But, I just sent another appeal, and fortunately it's the first time it hasn't been denied right away. I'm crossing my fingers..
Anyone know if there's 24/7 staff at Jagex? Cuz I think it's like 6 am there right now.

 

Btw 4-5 months of ownership and you didn't have your own email and recovs set?

 

Ok, this shit is just getting annoying. I understand you want to flame, but I'm just asking you to read first. I'm already pissed off enough that I could be out $900+. I set an email, and have it... I set recovs when I had the account, but they're currently not the same ones now I guess.

all you know in the new system to recover is that you recover ur account from the original Ip that's very important for jagex....

 

Never share accounts and this won't happen. Normally..

 

The IP's are not as important as passwords. If you get the original (first) password then you will get it back. Ask the owner for this information.

 

Yeah, I'm real cool with the orig owner, but he says he definitely just can't remember the first pass. I'm doing as much as I can atm. The appeal is still pending and has been for a few hours, which is weird, b/c it usually just denies within the first 10 minutes. If it doesn't work, I'm definitely going to try my best for those passwords. Thanks man.

Yeah, hopefully this appeal is accepted. They still haven't sent me anything, which is odd. Usually they deny me within 10 minutes, so I'm hoping for the best here.

The guy, which recovered acc must have older info than yours so don't even bother, its useless to recover.

 

If your friend can't remember his post code and you're saying he has moved then why don't you ask him to ask parents or who he lived with at the time for the address then just do a simple Google search you'll find the postcode to that house.
