    Is This Against the Rules?

So I am kinda bored with RS right now, awaiting a new desk and better setup before I really play again. So I am using another account as kind of a showoff, money holding/making account. I would like to trade some cash and items from my main to him, worth like 200-500M. I am using 2 different monitors with one hard drive, is it possible I can get banned doing this?

Nah, I wouldn't think there'd be a big problem, RWT offences are pretty rare.

    Yep.
I already did it and it's safe, I think.

They can't really ban for this since it might just be some ... Generous
So in conclusion, I'm pretty sure it's risk-free
    :D

It is against the rules to transfer gold/items between your own accounts, even if you get a friend to help you.

However almost everyone on RS does this anyway and I have never heard of someone being banned for transferring between accounts.

Technically, transferring gold between accounts is illegal, but I do it all the time. Same computer, just dual log. :p

having multiple accounts and trading money between them is perfectly legal..
I'm not sure about your transfer process though. Can't you just give that money to a trusted friend who will then give it back to your 'mule' account?

to give a rehashing of an answer already given, yes against the rules, no, not risking your account, out of 1000 people who have 2 accounts 999 have xfered something between the two of them at some point.

Yeah, this is against the rules, but I doubt anyone's ever got caught for it, with the exception of those who've openly admitted to it.

Completely safe. Don't even worry about JageX and RWT'ing. They do nothing at all. I've traded money between my own accounts, from one computer, bought / sold over 20B. No repercussions.

Your not RWT any way, Jagex has found that trading gold to yourself is fine.

As most people have said RWT is completely safe within you own IP.
When you trade with other IP's etc often then it's not completely safe - but still safe enough I reckon.
