What to do?

Basically i want to get my combat level up, i have 70 attack, 75 strength, 70 defence and 75 hp. I normally train on ghouls, but have got bored of them, so im looking for something else. Currently using rune arm, with a whip.

What should i kill for the best xp per hour for my level?
What equipment should I use? (only have 10m)
