Would it be a waste to use red chins at 71 range?

Im training to be a void pure atm, I only have 1 def so far but I decided to rush 52 pray with drags on gilded alter so it would help me with quests. Im not sure if it was a good or bad idea yet since I just did it but nonetheless im trying to increase my range the fastest way.

I heard that you should only use red chins past 80 but I am really lazy/impatient and I am wondering if I should use red chins at 71 range at soul wars or start MM and do it at the skeletons.

Anyway would it be a waste and should I get 42 def to get void before I do it.

Get void before you do it. Then if you are not considered about money go for chins.

 

If you absolutely do not care about how much it costs, you might as well chin it. But it will cost a fair bit.

 

Any other recommendations besides SW to bot or legitly train it?

 

you should hunt for chins so you don't lose money since they are stackable

 

if ur trianing range just bot range guild. its free and easiest/fastest way to go..

Isnt the ban rate really high for range guild or was that a while ago?

 

Red chins in SW with full void w/deflector and an SC item=like 450k range xp an hour, it's insane.

I assume ban rate at range guild would be high since anyone can walk up to range guild (on pretty much any world) and report the mass bots that are there lol.

 

i got 93 range there, no ban. i got it a while back

 

If you get maxed range bonus, with eagly eye i see no problem.
Owyeah and use skelly's in MM dungeon.

Partially so, because 71 isn't that hard to gain xp from.

I'd start chin's at about levels 91-93. If you were going for 99 that is.

 

Yeah im going for 99, Im going to bot ogres to about 80 I think then I think I may manual chin and sw or skeles. Any recommendations for sw or monkey madness skeletons?

 

Yes it would be a waste. I would wait at least until 80 range.

 

Bot at ranged guild til 78-80

 

Get Void first, do some quests then start levelling.
It'd be wise to bot til 80 range (should only take like 24 hours) then start chinning at the Ape Atoll dungeon or at Soul Wars, whichever takes your fancy

 

I really appreciate the feedback guys, im currently botting at ogres might try out ranged guild tomorrow but im getting 42k/hour atm so im happy with that. Then I may do MM skellys I just need to start the quest so I may be too lazy and just SW it since I will get bonus xp with the zeals as well.

 

Money wise, don't start chins until at least level 80. It is alright experience at 71, but it is a huge waste of money.

Range guild is better, as is soul wars. Cheaper but lower experience per hour.

 

Wouldnt be a waste they're all lying. Yes ofcourse back in the day it was only recommended for 90+ rangers, but the thing is prayer potions back then were 6-10k, and chins were 700-900gp so it wasn't cost effective.

Prices now mean you can chin as early as possible with good money>exp results.
