How to report?

This is most likely the wrong section, but i couldn't see a suitable place it put it. So i thought maybe it's good here...

Okay, so about 3 months ago i purchased the account with the name "2D".
I bought it off atomic_gopher. All was good. I made it a member and made it AWESOME stats.
I made it into my own personal boxer. It was a massive pro. I had 96 att, 96 def, 85 str. and 70 sum (I got bored and used up ALL my charms in one go).

So i was training it to get maxed. Then i come back. I can't log in. The account had been recovered -.-.

There's no way it was a keylogger because:
1) there are much wealthier accounts with better stats which uses the same computer (I normally bot 3 accounts at once, One is my main - Skilling, One is my pure. And one was my boxer ( i needed to get it maxed because i got bored and summoned. All the people my combat were maxed.)).
2) I'm just not dumb enough to get a keylogger.
3) The ONLY script i used on it was Tfighter (Coded by a mod on powerbot). AND i used this with my main a few times - still no hack.

I highly doubt it was some sort of recovery from another random guy, because any "professional" hacker would have 1) gone for my richer, better accounts and 2) Normally they don't take the whole account. Just use the same pass and take all the items.

OKAY. So that's my story. But what do i do next?
That's why i'm here. How do i report this? I have PLENTY of screenshots of the trades, and proof i have had the account since a VERY low level.
But how do i prove it was ever recovered? It just says invalid User/pass.
Is there anything i can do??
