Nomad killing questions?

would it be better to use rapier and bgs or just bgs together?
or just a maul,

im planning to kill the nomad very soon, just need to see if they are good weapons to use?

 

What is your summoning level?

If it is high enough, use a Spirit Kyatt and bring a ton of scrolls.

Bring range gear w/ruby (e) bolts and an inventory of brews (DON'T BOTHER BRINGING SUPER RESTORES).

The idea is to spam the special attack for Spirit Kyatt, and range him with the ruby bolts. SINCE THE SPEC ON BOLTS is not dependent on range level, you still have the same chance of hitting good with spec as if you were to use super restore.

The Spirit Kyatt might not hit hard or anything, but he will be a lot more accurate than if you were to be hitting Nomad yourself. Makes that boss easy as hell :laugh:

EDIT: I forgot to add that the spec on Spirit Kyatt weirdly like doesn't run out. Lol.

 

I suggest Kyatt, spam the scrolls. I killed the Nomad first try.
