    I have 25k fire bolts (chaos runes) to cast
    how many levels i might get and how it will increase the value?

    I am estimating around level 62 - 66.

    It depends on your equipment, and how well you hit.

    Account is worth around $30 ish in my opinion.

    This account isnt really worth that much, 15k bolts will make it into the high 60 - low 70's and it wont really raise the value, get your firemaking to 99, that will help, and your range to 99
