Is it possible to get randoms in build mode?

Stupid me has been botting tele tabs for 2 days with build mode off thinking that Jagex updated POH's to have mass randoms, until I switched to build mode and not one random on 5 accounts for 4 hours...

I'm guessing no randoms in build mode? Or are they just rare?

No randoms in build mode. But JaGex know this, so I'm not sure of the ban risk?

 

It seems doing mass amounts of work on skills other that construction in build mode seems a little bit fishy. I would say high ban risk, if I had to guess.

There is no randoms, but that doesn't mean there is no ban risk.

 

What's funny is I posted about 24/7ing tabs in the cheating section the other day... and everybody told me to 24/7 because there's 0 risk >_<

There really should be more statistics/records of ban rates for botting, but I guess I'll be the labrat and report back.

Thanks for the luck wishes, I hope it's not needed and Jagex only relies on player reports for banning.

 

It's because none of us officially work for JaGex, we're only human-beings. We can only guess of partial knowledge in times like this.

You may be the labrat, but for someone else it may have a different effect?
E.G You might get banned, the other person might no.

You can't be too sure, that's why our answers given to questions like that aren't 100% right or wrong.

 

Yeah, make a report and make it all nice and presentable then post it in the guide section and everyone will love you.

I wasn't criticizing anybody - just a little perplexed at how some swear by 24/7 and others swear by no more than 8 hours a day. I know we can only guess how Jagex works, which is why it would be neat to have a thread with data on ban rates according to if you were botting in a reportable place vs non, lengths of time before ban, etc...

I know I'm asking too much though.

The powerbot forums have a statistical thread on ban rates but it seems lacking.

 

Keep it human-like if you use build mode because I've seen a few accounts banned from alching in the house.

 

Well the banning system mostly relies on reports from other players, if you bot only 8-9hr a day you should be pretty safe
