All quests can be done if proper equipment is provided and the character provided is capable of doing the quest.
On RS3 I am willing to purchase the required items for an extra $0.35 (if it requires under 5 items I will buy them for free).
All quests are done by hand.
If your PIN is required as is the case for many longer quests it must be provided.
You are free to transfer valuables from your account if it makes you more comfortable.

TOS:

3. We are not responsible for any infraction to your account
4. please leave us feedback and a vouch
5. You will only be refunded if we fail to complete the job
