Quick questions

I'm building a staker and obviously gonna get 99attack,99str,99def,99hp, ... right now im getting 70attack str and def.. so i can wear full guthan and do nightmare zone for quick and easy xp...

my questions

does nightmare zone afk still?

is it good exp?

can i afk every 6 hours before logging?

this ain't spam i just really would like to know from someone who has done it first hand

Yes, yes, and yes. You might need higher defense to afk guthans though, sometimes you can die with 70 def. 80+ is really the best.

 

I have been doing nmz on my main for awhile and im at 97/97/97. It is still afk and the xp per hour is between 12k-18k in each skill using shared xp, this would obviously be much higher is you were to use it on only defense. There is also still a 6 hour logout timer.
