Best way to train Melee

So during the summer I am going to be making guthan NMZ accounts to max out or sell.
So what I was wondering is whats the best method for getting 1/1/1 to 70/70/70.

If you could have a layout of each method in order of lowest to highest training methods.
I will do the waterfall quest on each one but obviously I cannot do quests like monkey madness etc as that isn't guthan nmz compatible.

I would suggest only doing guthan while you sleep or are completly afk.
If ur home and not that bizzy i recommend using absorptio till 1000 and use a whip it gives 70k xp/hour and this you can afk for lil 1hour.

Quest as much as you can. Get mith gloves to make it faster.

Tree Gnome, Grand Tree, Fight Arena, Waterfall, Vampire Slayer, etc.

 

once you get brine sabre you can pretty much just afk in nmz with either absorb pots or pray melee depending on def level

Basically quest everything to get barrow gloves because they're essential. I did slayer for 70/70/70 if you don't wanna do that, I think yaks are decent to 70.

 

If he's only making these accounts to sell, wouldn't barrows gloves not be worth the week or so it would take to grind them out? Using a regen brace won't be that much worse.

 

Its a guthan nmz account meaning you dont need to pay for hosts which means I wont do many quests other than the required ones for guthans and the waterfall quest.

Can someone just tell me some training methods?

I personally did the stronghold of security spiders on the third floor from 40/45/40 -> 50/45/75 -> 70/70/75. It's semi-afk and cheap if you take lobsters or something.

For my zerker I afk'd on the ogres east of cwars for a long time.
