99 cooking can be found there ^^

Although firemaking would cost quite a bit if you did yews, with maples or willows it can be quite cheap less then 5m..

as for fletching if you fletch the right things at the right price it can be profitable or just cut even!

Depends on if you want to do it fast or slow.. Fletching for example, 40-99 = 313K Willows, which is roughly 3.1M. Then however much you make back selling the bows to the general store.

 

Well from what I know he could even profit off fletching as once he got to 85 (i think) he could do magic longs and make some decent profit off that while he fletches.

 

Once you can do yew longs/magic longs you are profiting. cooking is profiting with lobs(i think) and sharks. FM is different for the price ranges with logs, check a calculator and just multiply

 

Well it's always a compromise between time and money spent.
