Future of all the rare items

Yoo guys whats up, as you can see has everyone those days a rare item on rs2007. But what does that means for the future of the phats?

There are two options, or they will be seem as normal in the future. Or they will be rare like they use to be?

What I think is that if the good update's keep going on, that alot people will play runescape. right now there are playing 12-16k errday. what happends if that was like 30k-40k that means that the price will go up. but how much will it be? and what has the effect to make the phats worth alot more?

Im searching for some people who are intressed in that too.

Phats and mask will always be worthless.

 

Nah son that'll never happen. They'll always be junk since everyone has them and can keep on getting them.

 

will be junk for most of the time. the highest they could ever get to would be like 200k or something. there are so many in game.

 

No value of them in the future, Jagex has already said it's going to be worth 1gp.

 

I'd still say that's a big stretch. They go for like, what, 50k nowadays? With their annual release of all past holiday items they're trying to combat the overpriced rares. Jagex won't let it get out of hand.

 

Phats are going for around 75K right now and some sell for 100K on some instances.

Are they doing Phat Holiday events every year?

If so, I take back what I said about 200K, thought it was just a one time thing.

 

Yea all rares will be re-obtainable every year on their respective holiday.

Rares will prob be at their peak value during summer when new players join and want them. After that they sink in price due to them being released in Halloween and Xmas.
