Zerker: 43 vs 52 prayer

I've done a little research and I believe 43 prayer might be better for a zerk.

A maxed zerker with 60/99/45 and 43 prayer is combat level 92.93
A maxed zerker with 60/99/45 and 52 prayer is combat level 94.18

So the 9 prayer difference gives you +2 combat. So the player with 52 prayer has -6 strength levels. So the player with 43 will deal more damage + in some 1v1 fights I could ask for no smite to gain an advantage.

What do you think? I sorta wanted to go 31 pray but fire capes on zerks are essential :love:

 

I'm a maxed zerk with 99 attk 45 def ect and i have 53 prayer due to quests. Why would you worry about 2 combat levels in a 1v1 situation? being a maxed zerk 90% of the time means you are more superior to anyone else you fight - get 52

I mean it all depends on preference, but if I was you I would just get 52 it looks nicer , and 1 combat level barely matters when ur 1v1ing and smiting can be really useful if ur tryna get a good smite drop. But yeah 43 is still useful cause then you can say no smite fights yourself

 

I mean if you're going to be a lower level what do you really intend to smite, dragon scimitars? May as well stay 43

 

Like you said, firecapes on zerkers are essential...I would get the prayer man.
