Chining with 1 pray

I was dumb enough to complete mm without using a single chin -.-.Now i dont really know what to do, should i chin at bandits which seems the only spot there i can do it with 1 prayer.I've heard that its possible to chin at Pest control/NMZ.At bandits you get ~ 100k xp per 1k chins. what about pc/nmz.Keep in mind that im 1 prayer/def 80 range.

By the way this my only acc on osrs.Its staker/main lol.i have been thinking making new acc zerker or main.But maybe i should just get def on this acc and make new staker.?

I'm not sure about bandits, but xp is halved at pest control (portals not included).

 

80-99 range with 1 def and 1 prayer is a pain, best is to cannon at caged ogres and high alch while you do it

 

You are able to chin at the shilo village dungeon when you finish Shilo village. Id say the xp is about 75%-80% of MM tunnels.
