2007 Ingame Auto chat

Is there some requirement to use this?
I made a level 3 to sell some stuff using an auto merchanter and it sat there for
8 hours not selling anything so I logged another toon and I saw that the autochat wasnt appearing above it, i had everything so it was showing.
I switched my auto merchanter to a higher level account and it started selling fine :/

But is there a certain level you have to be for it to show to other people? I guess it is to prevent gold site spammers but I couldnt find anything on the topic from google.

 

I mean it could be possible, are you sure you had all your settings on right? , if so then jagex must have had to send some email out, or the acc could have been muted...

 

Back in the day when you got muted you could still talk normally but no one else could see you talking. Source: I was perm muted until 2009.

 

thanks, i found out i was muted which is weird when all i did was auto chat my selling message on world 1.

Is it any good for advertising (like could you advert a swapping clan or gold site without having you auto logged out?)

 

Was it permanently muted?

 

There's no requirement to use it..But I would stay away from the garyshood autotalker..you will get muted possibly banned I believe
