NMZ on 1 def pure

I seem to get like 80-100k points/hr and only like 35k str xp. My stats are 43 prayer 60 att and 75 str, I bring 20 prayer pots and 7 overloads. Is there anyway to increase my xp/points per hour?

 

You'll notice a huge jump in xp/hour at 90+ Strength, as with Bandits. If you care to pay attention enough, Experiments are the way to go until then.
