Best possible staker?

What are the best stakers, including ddsing, whip boxing, whip, etc. in general? I want to create an account that has higher than a 50% probability winning at the duel arena. Anyone have any opinions on the stats/req it needs?

is there any way to increase your pid to be able to get first hit most of the time?

 

Not anymore. PID is 100% random now. Only way to get better odds is by having better stats then your opponent

Well it depends on your opponents stats, just get high stats and vs people with lower stats lol.

 

Just play around with an odds calculator and figure out what build you think you will be able to find a lot of stakes within your price range and still carry an advantage.

I was thinking about a whip/dds staker with 92 strength, 70 attack, 80 defense, 99hp. thoughts?

 

If your going for mid-level, get a high range/str ratio. High HP is the easiest way to get odds. A good build that gets a lot of stakes is 75/87/60 80+HP.

Make sure you know the max hits and level your str based on them.

 

I dont get why you should get 80 defence. You are better off getting 75 attack and 75 defence, because you can use tentacle at 75 attack. Also, high defence doesnt matter alot in whip staking and makes people let you over X them

 

over X them? Does it matter if I get prayer or not? Or will it raise my lvl at a point where no one wants to stake me

 

Pretty much these stats, maybe 1 defence.

 

If you're interested in mage staking it can be a pretty fun set up just beware of no-hp training and dying in no time. On one of my old pures i had hit 94 mage by 67 cb and would often get people a little higher than me to agree to mage stake but they'd have like zammy strike or something for example while i could blood barrage and freeze my way to a win. Staking is mostly luck based and a stronger build can sometimes just lead to a lot of people not wanting to stake you sadly... as for the prayer question most people don't allow prayer in their stakes so if that's the overall goal of account, then low pray.

 

I went to world 1 and theres not that many people staking as there use to be...no boxers or anything

 

Most likely because staking bots overtook the arena and made it impossible to be legit.

 

High hp/str you can't go wrong.

 

I would make a 70/99/70 account and dds stake

 

75 attack for tentacle. . need range as well for optimal hp as well
