Got 30 att/str/def, where to train?

I would recommend going to rock crabs.

I've been doing some Hill Giants and Ogres as well at some higher levels, too. However, I was only doing Hill Giants as a slayer task.

go to the Rock crabs, Waterbirth Island has crabs that you can afk im pretty sure. I think thats how you spell it.

 

Any requirements to train at rock crabs?

Not really. Since you are over 20 def you shouldn't even have to bring any food, unless you are getting attacked by hobgoblins.

 

rock crabs waterbirth island or flesh crawlers in secuirty stronghold have some good rune drops etc

 

Ive been training my obby mauler pure at rock crabs since 25 str i went straight from chickens to there

 

You can go to hill giants and collect their bones aswell so you train and make money. If you just want xp i recommend you to train at Rock crabs. What i'm doing right now is questing on my pure I already did waterfall quest (gives like 10k atk and str xp) and lot more my pure is now 42 atk and 37 str 1 def so you can do it easily
