Ok I plan on buying an account right

If the acc was made before the update and has a username log in instead of email, wouldn't it be harder for the person to recover the acc because couldn't jagex assume that if they email off their previous email address they could have been potentially hacked?

Probably not, the original owner will never have a problem recovering the account if he wants to do it.

 

Original owner can ALWAYS and EASILY recover the account. Buy from someone you trust

 

I bought an account in september and the account got locked in december, the original owner who sold it needed like 20 tries until the account was unlocked, so I don't think it's that easy.

Use the money you planned on spending on the account on premium bot scripts, and bot it.

 

There is nothing you can do to keep someone from recovering the account - period. The account can be recovered at any point by the original owner.

 

I wouldn't do that, way too risky.

I would just pay someone to powerlevel your account. Much safer and could actually end up being cheaper.

 

I really don't suggest botting it unless it's RSC but try to train or hire someone to power level.
