If F2P Pking Ever Getting Big?

I have an account with 40 att 80 str 1 def 80 range and getting 85 mage soon. It is a F2P pker but F2P pking is pretty dead right now so I am trying to decide if I should get 50-60 att and go members pking. I hate questing so I'd rather stay F2P but there is honestly no point if it takes me 10 mins to get a fight. I'd rather go through the stress of questing then spend half my time online trying to find fights. Do you guys think F2P pking will ever get active or should I just get the 50-60 attack and members pk?

 

I would just get it ready for p2p pk. I don't think the f2p fan base is big enough for it to jump off anytime within the next year.

 

Exactly, most of the f2p pkers are lower level then you. And with 60-70 people in a world you wont ever get a decent fight. You can get 50 attack first and try some g mauling, after you get tired of it you can go for 60.

 

I'd go for 60. And make you quest it.

Put a couple of hours into questing and you've got a very good, high value account there.

 

Better pk in P2P, cuz in F2p you'll never get good drops and also pk'ing is borring as you said.

It ill only get big if Jagex will realease F2P for all accs. And not only for 2 weeks. So yeah. Just get atk 50 and try it out. If you dont like it get 60.

 

Unless jamflex releases F2P for all - it will continue the way it is today.

 

There's actually a market for F2P pking. It's obviously easier than P2P because there are less features (i.e. weapons, potions, specs, prayer, etc). The payoff isn't as good as P2P pking, but I noticed that sub-par pkers love it.

 

There's no point in F2P pking since all the loot is shit. You won't ever get anything better than rune. Go P2P with the big boys.

 

Not everyone pks for the loot. I love to f2p pk for the nostalgia, brings me back to my gradeschool days.

I love F2P Pking, it's a shame there's only ever like 150 to 200 on legacy f2p pk servers :/ I guess this mirrors and overall consistent slide in the old school player base?

 

leave the attack just been a range pure pker, I.M.O they are the most fun
and you can always pk on r2p with most common way which is range to r2h

 

yeah the loot is terrible. it's only for fun and nostalgia i suppose.
