I think EOC RS should of been turned back to RS07..

I think EOC RS should of just been turned back to RS07, So we got all our accounts and stats, items and gp etc, And let the economy level out.. I don't like having two servers, and i don't really want to do the whole training procedure. I think they should scrap EOC RS and turn it back to RS07 with same stats as your current account and items..
Thoughts?

 

would be very hard to do with all the new items that have been brought into the game since 2007.. Tbh I prefer it to be like this I am enjoying RS even more seeing how everybody is working hard; no bots etc..

Will only be a few months, more so even weeks till there is a full flowing economy.

 

It would give some people an incredible advantage over new players with all the xp/gp benefits they had in so called eocscape. It’s great that a lot of people are making rs2007 there new main version of runescape but a fresh start is the only way to keep it fair for everyone. And if you can’t stand the grind you better stay at eocscape.

 

EOC scape is shit. So is RS07 tbh haa.

There is a difference between wanting one or the other, but there are alot of updates that came with eoc tht suck just as much like the Grand Exchange or all of the shortcuts to getting 100k exp in every skill an hour....wheres the achievement there.

There's been bots since Day 1. Most if not all of them were private though.

Jagex will never do as the OP desires. Jagex has stated they will NEVER remove EoC from the main game.

Honestly I love the fresh Old School Runescape (OSRS). It's fun to see how the economy is developing, and it will be fun to see where the game goes.

If you don't like EoCScape, play OSRS. If you don't like OSRS, play EoCScape. If you don't like either, go find a different game to play. There's no point in wasting the time of complaining about a game that you don't enjoy. Go do something more productive than whining on the Internet.

Then do as you want and play something else, or even learn to script its a very productive way to spend your time and you can make your own bot scripts. win win, because alot of people will keep the good ones private for a long time.

They could definitely have removed EOC and just gave a reason like "it needed more testing". It's Jagex's arrogance which is preventing them from doing so. They probably know that RS would have been better off if they did not implement EOC.

 

EOC was the worst thing they did to the game.

 

I personally like the fresh start and the fact that there are going to be no rares makes it even better that should keep the everything fairly even for the time being.

 

I agree, makes the game harder too.

 

Bots are around and will always be around, just the problem will get worse. I'm sure most of us are playing for enjoyment of PKing and Skilling the old way before G.E
