07 Trade Limit

If I have like 24 hours before I can make a ge offer or give anything, am I able to still buy 07 gold on that account and accept it?

First time coming back to runescape in a long time so might be an easy answer but don't want to pay for gold and then not be able to accept it.

 

If you're going to pay for gold, why not just pay a bit less, then buy yourself a membership?

 

I only want a few mil to do some f2p pking on a new account. No need for membership. Don't plan on doing all the extra effort to p2p pk
